1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. For large custom orders, processing time will be longer, this will be communicated directly with the customer.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and weather or service delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
